The magazine emphasized the culinary school’s excellent facilities and experienced instructors that ready students for a career in the competitive field.

Dean of the culinary school said this national recognition for delivering high-calibre education to culinary students is also an acknowledgment of the years of dedication to building the program’s reputation.
“We started on this journey 10 years ago to be one of the top culinary and hospitality schools in Canada. This has been achieved by an amazing team of dedicated faculty, support staff and administrators,” said Keith Müller, dean of the School of Hospitality & Culinary Arts and Institute for Food Processing Technology.
