Frank Boutzis, Canada’s Chief Financial Officer at KPMG, returns to Conestoga’s Board of Governors this fall and will assume the role of Chair.
Frank Boutzis returns to Conestoga’s Board of Governors this fall and will assume the role of Chair.
He previously served as Board Chair between 2012 and 2016.
Boutzis has close to 40 years of experience working with a broad spectrum of businesses including multinational corporations, privately held enterprises and not-for-profit entities. He has provided service to several clients with respect to acquisitions, divestitures and the related accounting issues. Prior to his move to the GTA in 2011, Frank was the Office Managing Partner of KPMG’s Waterloo Office and Regional Managing Partner of the company’s Regions East practice encompassing 14 offices from Windsor to Halifax.
He served as a member of the KPMG Board of Directors from 1997 to 2002 and on the KPMG Management Committee from 2008 to 2011. As well as his board role at Conestoga, Boutzis also serves as Chair of the Board of Directors of THEMUSEUM in downtown Kitchener.
