At Sutherland-Schultz, we pride ourselves on being multi-trade solution providers. What does this mean? It means that owners, general contractors, and plant managers can count on Sutherland-Schultz to provide the total solution to facilities - maintenance, repair, retooling, construction, and renovation. The staff and trades people of SSI are committed to ongoing training and the continuous improvement of operations that allow us to meet the ever-changing needs of our customers.
These are exciting times for Sutherland-Schultz Inc. and to support the continuous development of the company, we want to ensure that all of our staff members are well-equipped to handle the on-going growth. We as a company see the importance of investing in professional development for our people, which in turn betters the company as a whole. We encourage staff members to participate in training on and off-site which relate not only to their current role at SSI, but future roles that they will one day move into through succession planning. We take advantage of several programs that Conestoga College offers and have had the pleasure of having their instructors come into our training facility and provide training to employees. Having this on-site availability in one and two day courses for the staff has been extremely positive. We look forward to continuing this partnership with Conestoga College in the coming years.
