Founded in 2014 by Conestoga, Jill of All Trades (JOAT) is an initiative designed to inspire young women in grades 9 through 12 to explore rewarding careers in the skilled trades.
With a growing network of partner institutions and industry sponsors, JOAT is on track to host 100 events across 35 locations throughout North America and globally by the end of 2027 - expanding its reach and empowering the next generation of women to pursue careers in the skilled trades.
This one-day event provides hands-on learning to showcase skilled trades pathways, mentorship and networking.
