Whether you're a foodie or just curious, this is your chance to taste authentic dishes created by Conestoga's students.
The menu for this event includes the following:
- Ash-e Reshteh
- Baba ganoush
- Falafe/tehina
- Laffa
- Tabbouleh
- Chicken tagine/dates and honey/couscous
- Fasolia bit Zeit (green Beans, olive oil, tomatoes)
- Berry platter with sheep milk labneh and orange oil
Please note:
- As this is an interactive classroom where students are graded on these specific dishes, meal packages will be offered with no substitutions
- For any allergy concerns, please contact Chef Dan before purchasing tickets
- Menu offerings are subject to change without notice
- Beer and wine will be available for purchase in the dining room
- As there is limited time to serve during the allotted class schedule, please arrive on time (6:00-6:15 p.m.) for your reservation. Food will be served shortly after arrival
