The menu for this event includes the following:
- Posole rojo
- Ensalada de nopales (cactus salad)
- Guacamole/tortilla chips
- Tamales with black beans and cheese/tomatillo salsa
- Arrachera (skirt steak)
- Arroz rojo (red rice)
- Frijoles pinto refritos (refried pinto beans)
- Rajas con elote (roasted poblano with corn)
- Cebolla Morada Encurtida (pickled red onions)

- As this is an interactive classroom where students are graded on these specific dishes, meal packages will be offered with no substitutions

- Beer and wine will be available for purchase in the dining room
- As there is limited time to serve during the allotted class schedule, please arrive on time (6:00-6:15 p.m.) for your reservation. Food will be served shortly after arrival
