The menu for this event includes the following:
- Tom yum soup
- Crispy prawn and turmeric crepe
- Som tum (green papaya salad)
- Pad Thai
- Chicken curry
- Fried eggplant
- Steamed glutinous rice

- As this is an interactive classroom where students are graded on these specific dishes, meal packages will be offered with no substitutions
- For any allergy concerns, please contact Chef Dan before purchasing tickets

- Beer and wine will be available for purchase in the dining room
- As there is limited time to serve during the allotted class schedule, please arrive on time (6:00-6:15 p.m.) for your reservation. Food will be served shortly after arrival
