Graduating students from Conestoga's Culinary Management and Baking and Pastry Arts Management programs will host a capstone event that features a menu showcasing the creativity and skills learned throughout the two-year programs.
There will be a total of 40 culinary and baking teams - all with bites of food for guests to try.
Baking students have to prepare a selection of hand-dipped and moulded chocolates, entremets, bread/preserve/local cheeses, petit fours, laminated pastries and tarts.
Culinary students have to prepare a meat, seafood or vegetable terrine with the appropriate accoutrements, as well as a vegetarian and a non-vegetarian canapé. They also have to prepare plant-based, fish-based and meat-based small plates.
Alcoholic beverages can be purchased separately. Conestoga's Waterloo campus is a cashless campus. Only debit/credit cards will be accepted.

- $75 general admission
All proceeds from this event will go to student scholarships.
