A rice cooker that won’t cook? A missing button? Do you have any electronic appliances, kitchenware or clothing in need of repair?
Don’t discard it - fix it.
4RepairKW and Stitch Together Community Mending Project have joined forces to host a free repair workshop for the Conestoga community. A band of repairers will be available to fix electrical items, small mechanical items, sew or mend clothes, tune-up sewing machines and more.
Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) week features workshops, panels and other interactive programming to showcase commitment to a sustainable future, mobilize knowledge and encourage collaboration. The week is part of SDG Month Canada, a national initiative that invites colleges and universities to increase awareness of and engagement with the United Nations 17 SDGs.
