Students and employees are invited to this special speaking event offered as part of the 2024 Sustainability Speaker series featuring Deborah Wolman.
Deborah Wolman is Vice President of Innovation, Sustainability and Regulatory Affairs at Nature’s Touch, a world leader in frozen produce. The company sources globally in the most responsible way possible to deliver top-quality products, ensuring social and environmental criteria for the production facilities from which they source frozen produce.
Wolman works in sustainability in her role but also lives sustainability in her life as the owner of Wolman Acres, a passion project with her family. Over the last three years, they have been working on soil health and biodiversity by planting fruit and nut trees to attract beneficial pollinators. Creating this permaculture food forests will one day provide abundant food and valuable habitat for birds, insects, and other animals.
