Want to explore the world of North American food and culture?
Students at international post-secondary institutions are invited to attend this session to learn more about the global summer school hosted by Conestoga’s School of Hospitality and Culinary Arts between June 24 and July 5.
During this summer school, participants will spend two weeks learning about topics such as North America’s history of food and culture, food service trends and restaurant service management. Participants will have the opportunity to visit Toronto, Niagara Falls and the St. Jacobs Farmers’ Market during their stay.
The information session will provide information on how to apply, costs, itinerary and more.
