Meet employers and learn about Conestoga’s 18-week Supportive Care program, preparing participants for caregiver careers in the home and community healthcare sector.
The fully-funded program prepares learners to assist individuals needing support to live independently at home or in the community. Emphasis is placed on developing the knowledge, skills and competencies to deliver quality, safe and ethical assistance to those in need. Learners benefit from an 80-hour preceptorship with a sponsoring employer to ensure successful entry into a new career.
