Conestoga events

In an effort to promote mental health awareness, the Conestoga Condors will highlight Bell Let’s Talk Day at a double-header event.

Hosted by Athletics & Recreation, the Conestoga community is invited to cheer on the Condors as they take on the Niagara Knights in women’s and men’s volleyball. Before the start of each game, athletes will hold up talk bubbles at their bench area, joining the conversation to help end the stigma surrounding mental health. The bubbles will be added to a dedicated signage wall in the Student Recreation Centre, along with messages from the community, which will remain in place through Bell Let’s Talk Day on January 29.

Admission is free and open to the public.

6:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.

• 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.: Women's Volleyball, Conestoga College vs. Niagara College
• 8:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.: Men's Volleyball, Conestoga College vs. Niagara College
