Sponsored by Your Neighbourhood Credit Union, students in Conestoga IT programs, in partnership with Waterloo Regional Crime Stoppers, will host this free interactive workshop, focusing on protecting youth and parents from threats of being connected online.
This workshop is best suited for youth who use a smart device and/or their parents.
Participants are encouraged to bring personal electronic smart devices for experts to demonstrate how to detect online dangers.
