Sponsored by Your Neighbourhood Credit Union, students in Conestoga IT programs, in partnership with Waterloo Regional Crime Stoppers, will host the free interactive Keeping Seniors Cyber Safe workshop.
Best suited for seniors, relatives and/or caregivers, participants will learn how to protect against being a target of cybercrime.
Participants are encouraged to bring personal electronic smart devices for experts to demonstrate how to practice safe habits online.
