The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) was developed to sort people according to their personality preferences.
Workshop participants will gain a better understanding of their own behaviours, thoughts and feelings, which will aid in choosing a good career "fit." Participants will learn the differences between personality types and how this affects work style and job maintenance in the work place.
