Throughout March and April, aspiring chefs from the School of Business & Hospitality are hosting themed pop-up dinners at the Kitchener Farmers Market. These culinary entrepreneurs-in-training will be showcasing local ingredients and exciting menus in a variety of styles, including Asian Street Food, Southern BBQ, East Coast Seafood and more.
6:00 PM - Dinner service
Each 4-course dinner includes soup, appetizer, main course and dessert. Vegetarian options are available.
