Watch the region’s celebrated chefs team up with culinary students and battle it out for the coveted title of Iron Chef Waterloo Region.

Indulge in eight chef action stations throughout the venue, sampling portions of signature dishes as these culinary teams compete to bring the flavours of Mardi Gras to life.

This year, we are thrilled to welcome internationally renowned celebrity Chef Robert Rainford as the VIP guest judge.
