The MBTI was developed to sort people according to their personality preferences. Workshop participants will gain a better understanding of their own behaviours, thoughts and feelings to assist in choosing a good career fit.

Participants will also develop an appreciation of the differences between the personality types and how they affect work style and job maintenance in the workplace. Evaluation and understanding of various work environments will provide additional insights into career fit.
