Employers, industry professionals and community partners come together to provide information on the skills employers are currently seeking in administrative professionals and how these roles will change in the future. The event will feature Nancy Cote of Randstad Canada, a national leader in staffing, recruitment and HR services. Nancy will speak on labour force trends and changing expectations for business support professionals. A panel discussion with representatives from leading employers in the region will also be included.
The event is a collaborative effort of local Employment Ontario service providers and the Workplace Planning Board of Waterloo Wellington Dufferin.
