Wayne Pau, Development ArchitectEmerging Technologies - Customer Engagements & Special Projects, SAP
Wayne Pau is a well-rounded, multi-disciplined member of the newly formed Emerging Technologies group with SAP. Educated as a Systems Design Engineer at the University of Waterloo, he has become a relative 'veteran' of mobile devices since the first set of handhelds were released over 15 years ago. When not actively involved in building apps, he loves to engage with others to help promote adaptive innovation and build user-centric solutions using such approaches as Design Thinking and Agile/SCRUM.
Janna Cameron, Sr. Usability Specialist, Team Lead
Desire2Learn Incorporated
Janna helps companies innovate through developing an empathic understanding of unarticulated customer needs, expectations and frustrations. She is a serial 'intrapreneur'. She pioneered user research at both BlackBerry and Desire2Learn, a global leader in learning solutions. Her work spans a variety of products and platforms including mobile software and hardware as well as web and traditional desktop applications. She brings a sense of humour and optimism to her work, encouraging others to join her to make products friendlier for all users.
Andreas Kyriacou, Systems Integration and Innovation Coordinator, IMS
Conestoga College Institute of Technology and Advanced Learning
Andreas Kyriacou is a Systems Integration & Innovation Coordinator and has been with Conestoga full-time since 2011. Since 2007, Mr. Kyriacou has been an Associate Faculty member at Conestoga, instructing courses on web and database development. He is also an alumnus of Conestoga in the Computer Programmer/Analyst program. He has fifteen years of experience dealing with projects in the web and mobile space.
His primary duties are to coordinate the mobile initiatives at Conestoga in order to meet the needs of students, faculty and staff and support Conestoga's web presence. He enjoys being on the leading edge of technology, especially in the web and mobile realm.

Manny Elawar, BlackBerry Developer Evangelist will speak on the promotion of the BlackBerry Jam space at the Communitech Hub as a resource for all mobile developers to gain expertise and insight into development.
Manny travels the globe in the hopes of finding talented developers eager to pursue new opportunities on the new and exciting BlackBerry 10 Platform. Manny's technical background primarily includes C/C++ development for simulation tools, specifically in the areas of Mobile Device Management, BlackBerry Enterprise Server and VoIP. He has an educational background in Software Engineering and Business Administration. Manny loves to travel, play music, organize social events and spend time with friends and family. Fun Facts: Manny has been skydiving multiple times, traveled throughout Europe, and can solve a Rubik's cube in under a minute...track him down and get him to show you!
