It's so rewarding to see your projects start to take shape. I love how my ideas are evolving from early brainstorming, to receiving feedback, to concept design, and pretty soon I'll be doing detailed planning. This week I gave two presentations in which I was looking for feedback from the rest of the Student Life team. I received a ton of great ideas and ways to improve. It's great to work with others who are not only creative, but give you a perspective you never considered. In the end you have a much better design than you originally started with!
