Sixty alumni, staff and friends of Conestoga gathered at the Rebel Creek Golf Club in Petersburg on September 25 for the college’s annual Alumni and Friends Golf tournament.
This annual event raises funds to support the college’s Student Awards program, which recognizes outstanding student achievement as well as providing assistance to students in financial need. This year’s event raised approximately $10,000.
For many participants, the golf tournament also provides an annual opportunity to renew acquaintances, develop new friendships, and catch up with the latest developments at the college.
Sponsors for this year’s event included Septimatech, Conestoga Students Inc., Enervac, Canada Life, AMS Advent Mortgage Services, Delta Elevator, Bulldog Fire and Security, and Ontario Drive & Gear.
