Join Veronique Boscart, RN, PhD and Sue Struth, RPN as they discuss how exploring the role and experiences of the Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) working in Long-Term Care (LTC) homes assists in further understanding and expanding our knowledge on how we can optimize training to enhance the role of the RPN in LTC homes.
