Attend a virtual information event to learn more about free online training through the Supportive Care program and a career path to a personal support worker.
The Supportive Care certificate program prepares learners to assist individuals needing support to live independently in the home or community. Learners will develop a clear understanding of their role as a member of the health-care team and how they can add real value to the health-care system and positively influence the lives of others.
Graduates of the Supportive Care program may continue their studies and complete the PSW program at Conestoga College, sponsored by Spectrum.
Additional virtual events will take place on February 1, February 2, February 4, February 9, February 10, February 16, February 17, February 22 and February 25.
