Conestoga's Woodworking Centre of Ontario will host the annual Architectural Woodwork Manufacturers Association of Canada (AWMAC) Ontario Chapter cabinetmaking competition.
Ten students from Conestoga, Humber and Georgian colleges will compete in a timed, one-day event to determine the winning cabinet representing the Ontario Chapter at the National AWMAC competition to be held in late May.
Students will manufacture a cabinet according to strict drawings and specifications and will be judged by industry experts.
Spectators and visitors are welcome.
