Women in Skilled Trades Assessment Session

Applications are now being accepted for the full-time, tuition-free Women in Skilled Trades (WIST) General Carpenter Pre-apprenticeship program starting September 2018. This assessment session for invited participants will include English, mathematics and mechanical aptitude. Please attend with a pen, pencil, eraser, calculator and SIN number. 

WIST is funded by the provincial Ministry of the Status of Women and designed to support low-income women who are unemployed or underemployed. The goal of the program is to prepare candidates for employment within the construction sector.

10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.

Conestoga College, Waterloo Campus, 108 University Avenue East, Room 2A29

Parking:

Please be advised there is an hourly charge for parking and access may be limited due to construction in the area.
