Connect Leadership Workshop: Leading to Empower

In this workshop for current students, participants will:

  • discuss the dynamics of competition versus collaboration
  • explore the key aspects of building an effective and cohesive team
  • recognize the importance of inclusive language
  • apply strategies for empowering others.
