Connect Leadership Workshop: Conflict Resolution

In this workshop for current students, participants will:

  • identify the causes/drivers of conflict
  • recognize the distinction between productive and destructive conflict
  • explore the five approaches to conflict
  • understand the elements of principled negotiations
  • apply intuitive listening and re-framing skills.
