Take Back The Night (TBTN) is an annual event for all members of the community to call attention to and call for action to end violence against women, children and trans* people.Shuttle transportation from Doon to downtown Kitchener, including special mobility services, provided through grant funding from the Occupational Health and Safety Department. RSVP is required, based on limited seating for 30 walk on spots

Co-curricular Record recognition 5:30 PM: Meet in the Ewing by Door 6 at Doon Campus
5:45 PM: Bus shuttle departs to Kitchener City Hall
6:00 PM: Rally (performances, information, resources and poster-making)

8:00 PM: Celebrate (light refreshments, group meets back together)
8:30 PM: Bus shuttle departs to Conestoga College with other drop off spots along the way.
The event, hosted by the Sexual Assault Support Centre of Waterloo Region, consists of a rally, march and celebration outside Kitchener City Hall.
This year's guests include the Waterloo Aboriginal Education Centre and Aboriginal Student Association, University of Waterloo and Mino Ode Kwewak N'Gamowak (Good Hearted Women Singers) .
Join other members from Conestoga College as we attend the event together and get involved in our community. Everyone is welcome to participate in the rally and march. Rain or shine event.
