Just Breathe. Just Run. is an 8 week open running group that offers you the opportunity to get outside, let go of stress, connect with peers and commit to running once a week. Each week we will meet for one hour and it will include a 10 minute warm-up, 30 minute run, and a 20 minute cool down including light conversation on how exercise can support mental wellness.
