Conestoga events

The Trades and Apprenticeship Programs will be holding its 7th Annual Tools and Trades Expo on Thursday, April 16, 2015 to introduce students, apprentices and faculty to many of the industry leaders and suppliers, and for the students to experience a wide selection of their tools and safety products first-hand.

This will be the seventh year Conestoga hosts the Tools and Trades Expo. It provides a great opportunity for students and faculty to network with some of the top names in the tool and safety project industry. Students will be given a great learning experience while being able to test out products and compete in competitions.

This event is organized with the help of Fastenal, a top provider of tools and safety products. Also, industry leaders such as Milwaukee, Capital Safety and Hilti will have interactive booths at the expo. DeWalt will be on-site to support this event and provide an opportunity for students to win prizes.

Admission to the event is free, but in support of our community, Conestoga’s Student Life and Conestoga Students Inc. are organizing a food drive during the event. Students are asked to bring dry and canned goods to be admitted and be eligible to enter a draw for a door prize.

Free parking will be available to students visiting from other campuses.
