Enjoy an evening with the region's celebrated chefs as they team up with future top chef students from Conestoga and battle it out for the coveted title of Iron Chef Waterloo Region. Guests will indulge in eight chef action stations throughout the venue, sampling portions of signature dishes, as these culinary teams compete to delight your senses. This year's teams will be using the same ingredient - beef.
This year, we are thrilled to welcome internationally-renowned Chef Susur Lee as our VIP guest judge. Please join us for a casual evening of excitement, music and fantastic food.
