The Masonry Centre at Conestoga’s Waterloo campus will be featured as part of the Doors Open Waterloo Region event to be held on Saturday, September 20 from 10:00 AM until 5:00 PM. The facility, built in 2009, was developed through a partnership between Conestoga and the Ontario Masonry Contractors Association, and provides innovative, hands-on learning opportunities in brick and stone masonry.
Visitors to the site will have the opportunity to see student works in progress and try their hands at bricklaying in the workshop (closed-toe shoes required.)
